Green Tea & Mint Watermelon and Cucumber Salsa


Prep Time:  20 minutes                    Yield:  8 Servings


  • 4 Cups small chopped seeded or seedless watermelon.
  • 1 Cup small chopped seedless cucumber
  • 1 teaspoon Green Tea & Mint Rub
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil


Place chopped watermelon in strainer, let strain for 10 minutes.

In a medium bowl, mix together olive oil and Green Tea & Mint Rub.  Add

the watermelon and cucumber, toss to coat.
