Encrusted Spicy Coffee Salmon

Cook Time:  15-18 minutes

Ingredients

• 4 – 5 oz. salmon fillets
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 2 tablespoons Spicy Coffee Rub

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400 Degrees.
2. Lightly coat Salmon with olive oil
3. Sprinkle and press Spicy Coffee Rub on top surface of Salmon to coat.
4. Bake Salmon on middle rack until cooked through; About 15-18 minutes.

**Delicious served alongside green beans and roasted potatoes!!
